    STEM CAMP: June 3rd-5th  Canter's Cave 4-H Camp, Jackson OH Camp fee: TBD Camp is open to boys and girls completing 5th, 6th, or 7th grades this spring.

  2. Beginner Camp: Adams, Brown, Lawrence, Meigs

    May 31, 2019 through Jun 3, 2019 (All day)

    This Beginner Camp is for kids in 3rd, 4th and 5th grades from Adams, Brown,  Lawrence, and Meigs Counties. 

  3. Open House

    May 5, 2019 (All day)

    Join us for a fun-filled day at camp! Open to people of all ages to check out camp and see what all we have to offer.  Noon-4pm Hikes, Paddle Boating, Archery, and more! Live and Silent Auctions!

  4. Spring Fling!

    May 4, 2019 through May 5, 2019 (All day)

    This overnight camp is open to youth in Grades 3-6. It is a great chance for campers to check out camp, make new friends and experience camp. Campers will participate in a campfire, hiking, recreation and much more! The cost of attendance is $30. Registration forms are due by April 26th to the Scioto County Extension Office.

  5. Counselor College

    Apr 13, 2019 through Apr 14, 2019 (All day)

    Counselor College is open to any teen, 14 -18 years of age, who would like to be a camp counselor. Sessions are based on years of counseling experience and represent the 15 camping core standards set forth by the Ohio State Extension 4-H camping program. Classes will consist of some required sessions along with some electives! All sessions are interactive and hands-on. Come ready to participate, meet new friends from all over Ohio, learn new skills and have fun! Registration information coming soon. Counselors should contact their 4-H Educators for more information.   

  6. Teen Winter Retreat

    Feb 2, 2019 through Feb 3, 2019 (All day)

    Join teens from across southern Ohio for a fun-filled retreat! Winter hike, outdoor games, movies and much much more!  When: February 2nd-3rd  Where: Canter's Cave 4-H Camp Who: Teens ages 13-18 as of January 1, 2019 Cost: $35, Make checks payable to Canter's Cave 4-H Camp Payment and registration forms are due to camp by January 25th.  Contact Erin Dailey at dailey.108@osu.edu for more information.

  8. Forestry and Wildlife Conservation Camp

    Calling all 4-H members and their friends!  We are excited to offer the 2018 Forestry - Wildlife Camp at Canter’s Cave 4-H Camp again this year. This is the third year for this unique camp, which specializes in environmental education! Camp participants will get to try new and exciting challenges, learn about and appreciate the natural world around them while meeting experts in the field of Forestry and Wildlife Conservation. This camp is open to 4-H members ages 12-18. So what will my camper get to do?

  9. Ohio 4-H Special Needs Camp

    Join us as we "Find the Humor in Life" this summer at Canter’s Cave!   10. Junior High Camp: Gallia, Jackson, Pike, Scioto Counties

    This Junior High Camp is for kids in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades from Gallia, Jackson, Pike and Scioto Counties.  Camp Director is Jo Williams, Extension Educator, 4-H Youth Development Scioto County.  She can be reached at 740-354-7879 or by e-mail at williams.2213@osu.edu Camp is June 25-28, 2018 Camp Fees for 4-H members are $147 and $157 for non-4-H members; fees are due with registration forms.  Scholarships may be available.  Check with your County Extension Office.
