Winter Vendor Fair

Join us at camp for our Winter Vendor Fair on Saturday, December 9th from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Canter's Cave 4-H Camp.

Indoor Vendor Information: 

  • This event will be held on Saturday, December 9th, 2023 from 9 AM to 3 PM at Canter's Cave 4-H Camp located at 1362 Caves Rd Jackson, Ohio 45640.
  • Vendor set-up is Friday December 8 from 3 PM to 8 PM or Saturday (December 9) starting at 7:30 AM
  • Vendor Space is $20 for basic reservation.
  • Additional $5 charge for a space with electricity.
  • Additional $5 for table provided by Canter's Cave 4-H (8 feet X 2.5 feet).
  • Two chairs will be provided at each space whether you are using your table or a table provided by the camp.
  • Vendor Spaces will be located inside the Main Lodge
  • We have up to 14 spaces with electricity and 28 spaces without electricity available.
  • We invite vendors to donate one item to our raffle.

Food Vendor Information:

  • Canter's Cave Welcomes food vendors to be located outside our Main Lodge Facility.
  • Food Vendor space is $50 for outside space
  • Additional $5 for electricity hook up
  • Additional $5 for water hook up
  • Electricity and water hook ups are limited.
